Statistics Helper in RStudio

How to use this page

Let's be honest. Stats can be hard. Learning the programs to run them can sometimes be even harder. Through my own struggles trying to learn the most up to date methods and programs in the field, I've created a few helpful sets of R scripts to make the process a bit easier. In each file, you'll find the R code that includes painfully detailed instructions on how to use them and what they do. For the most part, you only need to list your IVs and DVs (or any moderators) and run the program from start to finish. Aside from learning some basic R commands, these files will also save you precious time recoding, centering, and creating interactions or running bootstraps.

R files and .txt files are, unfortunately, not supported on this website. You will need to copy the document and paste it into the syntax window in RStudio (the top left one) to edit.

Keep in mind, that you should be familiar with the actual statistics before you try to run the code. No program in the world can provide you with output if you don't know what you're looking for.

Feel free to email me with any questions or recommendations for future scripts. I update these regularly so check back if the analysis you're looking for isn't currently up.

Happy researching!
